【新唐人2013年09月24日讯】 薄熙来上诉 外界预测或难成功
中共前政治局委员兼重庆市委书记薄熙来一案，一审判决结果9月22号公布，薄熙来受贿、贪污、滥用职权罪名成立，被判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并没收个人全部财产。目前，薄熙来已经提出上诉。
《路透社》引述消息来源说，薄熙来已经对无期徒刑的判决提出上诉，并补充说，上诉过程可能长达两个月。
《法新社》也引述消息人士的话证实，薄熙来对判决结果提出上诉。
但是，分析人士认为，鉴于中国的司法体系由共产党控制，薄熙来上诉成功的可能性不大。
北大法学院教授贺卫方也对《美国之音》表示，薄熙来上诉在意料之中，但二审一定会维持原判。
薄熙来当庭咆哮 感觉被抛弃？
据香港媒体披露，薄熙来在济南听取无期徒刑宣判时，当庭咆哮，高喊〝不公〞，尽管这个场面没有在中共喉舌《央视》和济南中院向外提供的画面中显示，但是，一张薄熙来被两个法警分别摁住双肩，双眼泛着泪光的高清照片却在网上流传。
大陆宪政学者陈永苗对《美国之音》表示，薄熙来咆哮法庭，可能是因为他最终发现，他已经被中共完全欺骗和抛弃。
陈永苗分析说，中共中央可能有人事先同薄熙来有〝某种沟通〞，但是法庭宣判完全出乎薄熙来的意料之外，他感觉是被抛弃、背叛，所以他才这样咆哮。
陈永苗觉得，电视画面显示，薄熙来当庭似乎〝眼中有泪〞，也可能与他感到受骗有关。
薄熙来案的一审庭审，一直被外界视为是按照剧本在演戏，薄熙来是高度配合的演员。

Bo Xilai Appeal: Outside World Predicts It's Difficult to Win
On Sept. 22 Bo Xilai, Former Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
Politburo member and Chongqing Party Secretary was sentenced.
He received life imprisonment, deprivation of political rights
and had all personal property confiscated due to bribery,
embezzlement and abuse of power. Currently, Bo has appealed.
'Reuters ci'ted information sources saying Bo has appealed
against the judgment of life imprisonment.
The appeal process could take as long as two months.
'AFP' also quoted sources confirming that Bo has appealed
the verdict.
However, analysts believe that, since the judicial system is
controlled by the CCP, Bo is unlikely to win if he appeals.
Peking University Law School professor He Weifang also told
VOA that it was expected that Bo will appeal, however the
second trial will be upheld.
Bo Xilai Shouted In Court, Did He Feel Abandoned?
Hong Kong media revealed that when Bo heard the verdict of
life imprisonment, he roared in court shouting "this is unfair".
This scene is not shown by the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) mouthpiece CCTV or Jinan Intermediate People's Court.
However, a high-definition photo in which Bo had tears in his
eyes and his shoulders were pressed by two policemen is online.
Mainland China constitutional scholar Chen Yongmiao told
VOA that Bo shouting at the court is probably because he
eventually realized that he is completely deceived and has
been abandoned by the CCP.
Chen Yongmiao analyzes that CCP central might communicate
'ina certain way' with Bo earlier.
The verdict was clearly outside Bos' expectations: he felt
abandoned and betrayed, that is why he shouted like that.
Chen Yongmiao believes the t.v. footage showing Bo with
tears in his eyes might relate to his feeling of being betrayed.
Bos' first trial has been always regarded as acting in
accordance with the script, Bo is a highly cooperative actor.
